Baking With the Best Ingredients
It does make a difference what products you use to bake. You want to use a good flour, sugar, vanilla and real butter. Many bakers suggest using unsalted butter. I personally prefer salted butter. I like the flavor it produces in my products.
If I buy flour from a regular grocery store, I like Pillsbury for baking. King Arthur is good flour too. White Lily is good flour for biscuits and bread.
Sugar that is extra fine is great for making candies but not cookies it tends to make them sticky. There is nothing like the flavor of real vanilla and other flavoring. Your product will turn out well with a good recipe and great ingredients.
